The owners inherited this condo and decided to rent it until they are ready to downsize & retire.
The condo had been neglected for years and needed a lot of work. Our goal was to give it a fresh cool vibe that would make it a desirable rental - plus match the owners' taste & style for when they eventually move in.
Of course, we delivered on both!
